Client Engagement Best Practices

Our Center for Practice Transformation training team kicked off the New Year with a dynamic, energizing Engagement training we were contracted to hold in Bakersfield, California. Two days of experiential immersion into the anatomy of engagement resulted in participants discovering new insights and tools for working with their consumers.

Engagement has three key components; Inspire, Explore and Apply

Thoughtful, tangible skills within each of these components captivate both practitioners and service consumers toward identifying action steps salient to that individual’s recovery process. The result is an ongoing dialogue toward actualizing recovery change.
