I-RISE Application

I-RISE, a program offered through the Center for Practice Transformation, is funded by the Minnesota Department of Health. The grant was created to increase the completion of training requirements necessary to become licensing supervisors by those who identify as a member of an underrepresented community. In other words, these grant funds are awarded to cover the cost of supervision training for those who identify as a person of color, LGBTQ+, and/or disabled and who agree to deliver a minimum of 25% of their annual client encounters to people receiving publically funded insurance or a sliding scale fee discount.
